Apply directly to clean underarms daily. Allow to dry before dressing. Can be reapplied as needed throughout the day.

It took a couple of days to start working for me, but now that I’m using it daily I don’t get any odour at all. I’ve also noticed I’m not getting headaches like I used to, which has been a really nice bonus.
I love that it comes unscented so I can customise it myself I just add a couple of drops of essential oil to give it a light scent when I want to.
