How to Use Magnesium Gel Roll-Ons (90mL): Apply to areas experiencing muscle tension or cramping. Massage gently until absorbed. Use morning, night, or post-activity as needed. If tingling occurs, apply to damp skin or over moisturiser.
Magnesium & Bentonite Clay Bath Salts (500g): Add ½ to 1 cup to a warm bath. Soak for 20–30 minutes. For foot soaks: Add 1 tablespoon to warm water and soak for 20 minutes. Includes scoop inside pouch.
