How to Use
Magnesium Oil Spray (250mL):
Spray 4–5 times onto areas like shoulders, legs, or lower back. Massage gently. Use daily. If tingling occurs, apply to damp skin or over moisturiser.
Kids Magnesium Oil Spray (200mL):
Spray 1–2 times on the bottoms of feet at night. After a few days, apply to belly, back or legs. Massage in gently. Use daily.
Magnesium Gel Roll-On (90mL):
Roll onto areas of discomfort (e.g. neck, shoulders, calves) and massage in. Use morning and night or after physical activity.
Magnesium & Bentonite Clay Bath Salts (500g):
Use the included scoop to measure 1/2 cup (125g) into a warm bath. Stir to dissolve and soak for 20–30 minutes.
For foot soaks: Add 1 tablespoon to a bucket or foot spa and soak for 20 minutes.
