How to Use
Magnesium Oil Spray (250mL):
Spray 4–5 times onto large areas such as shoulders, legs, or back.
Massage gently into the skin. Use daily.
If tingling occurs, apply to damp skin or over a light moisturiser.
Magnesium Gel Roll-On (90mL):
Roll directly onto sore muscles or tight joints.
Massage gently until absorbed.
Use before bed, after activity, or as needed throughout the day.
If tingling occurs, apply to damp skin or over a moisturiser.
Magnesium & Bentonite Clay Bath Salts (500g):
Add ½ to 1 cup to a warm bath. Soak for 20–30 minutes.
For a foot soak: Add 1 tablespoon to a foot spa and soak for 20+ minutes.
