Shipping & Delivery
We offer tracked shipping across Australia and New Zealand. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders over $100. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error is on our part.
Afterpay & Klarna
