Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay, and Klarna. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to stock errors, pricing issues, or suspected fraud.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We offer tracked shipping across Australia and New Zealand. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders over $100. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error is on our part.

 

Afterpay & Klarna

By using Afterpay or Klarna, you enter into a separate agreement with those providers. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it on our end, and they will update your payment schedule accordingly. For any payment or account issues, please contact Afterpay or Klarna directly.
