Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (or up to 5 business days during peak periods such as holiday sales or promotional events). You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Estimated Shipping Timeframes – Australia

Shipping timeframes below are estimates provided by our delivery partners. Actual delivery times may vary depending on public holidays, courier backlogs, weather events, or remote locations.

• Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane Metro: 2–3 business days

• Perth Metro: 2–6 business days

• Major Cities in QLD, NSW, VIC: 2–4 business days

• Major Cities in SA: 3–5 business days

• Major Cities in WA: 3–8 business days

• Rural and Remote Locations: 4–8 business days

 

Shipping Rates (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate $6.95

• Express Shipping: Flat rate $9.95

• Free Standard Shipping: Available for all Australian orders over $100

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand only outside of Australia.
Shipping costs to NZ are calculated at checkout. We do not currently ship to other international destinations.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@magnesiumrelief.com with your name and order number. We'll investigate promptly.

 

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items, or for change-of-mind purchases.

We accept returns or exchanges only if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Email info@magnesiumrelief.com with your order number, full name, and a clear photo of the issue

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. Returns made more than 14 days after delivery may be eligible for a partial refund only.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please follow the steps outlined above to arrange a replacement.

 

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and approved, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

If you used Afterpay or Klarna, they will update your payment schedule after we confirm your refund with them.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

1. Re-check your bank account or payment method

2. Contact your payment provider (e.g. bank, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna)

3. If still unresolved, email us at info@magnesiumrelief.com

To return your product, please post it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Return shipping is non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from the refund amount (if prepaid).
