SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days or 5 business days during peak seasons. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Below are general shipping times for different locations around Australia. Please note these times are generalised.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping around Australia and free shipping on orders over $50.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer freight to New Zealand outside of Australia.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@magnesiumrelief.com. Please provide us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you straight away.
Returns
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@magnesiumrelief.com with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Once you’ve contacted us, we can work towards finding a solution for you.
Please note that we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Our returns policy is only valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or replacement. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery may be subject to partial refunds.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and your funds will automatically be sent to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment method funds again.
If the refund has still not yet landed, please contact your chosen payment method’s company. Please note, it may take some time before your refund lands due to processing times. If you’ve these tasks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@magnesiumrelief.com as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to PO Box 219, shop 20/3215 Logan Rd, Underwood QLD 4119. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
